The Pilatus PC-24 is one of the newest light jets or is it… While we have it in the light jet category, the PC-24 has created a category all of its own. This new category being the SVLJ or Super Versatile light Jet, highlights the capabilities of the Pilatus PC-24 which has been designed for operations on unimproved strips. Introduced in 2018 the PC-24 is powered by two FJ44-4A engines producing 3,420 lbf each, this allows the Pilatus PC-24 to carry 4 passengers an NBAA IFR range of 1,950 nm with a max cruise speed of 440 knots.
Equipped up front with the Pilatus ACE Honeywell avionics suite, and certified for single pilot operations. In the pressurized cabin, the Pilatus PC-24 is capable of carrying up to 11 passengers and pilot in the high density configuration. To accommodate this multi mission platform, the lav has been relocated from the rear to across from the forward airstair, while at the rear of the cabin a larger cargo door for easy loading of cargo, baggage and more.
