This western based and kept aircraft has been in the same family since the 1980’s, and is currently based in Salem OR since 2017. The aircraft features a beautiful and complete Garmin panel with 4 Garmin GI 275’s, a dual stack with the Garmin 430WAAS and 530WAAS, the Garmin 340 audio panel with 4 place intercom, and finally the Garmin GTX-345 ADS-B in and out transponder. Powered by a Ram’s 160 HP D2J Conversion with PowerFlow exhaust with only 450 SMOH, and has just completed a fresh annual this month with all AD’s complied with (October 2021). Windscreen and side windows all replaced in 2019 along with a prop overhaul done the same year. No known corrosion or damage history, other than some minor hail damage from over 20 years ago while aircraft was based in Colorado.
